Designing a supportive platform for Salacia Yachting, aimed at stewards on super-yachts.
Think ‘Below Deck’ on Netflix. Salacia Yachting provides a service for yachting staff to feel empowered and develop in their careers.
The branding intentionally moves away from the stereotypical recruitment aesthetic in the yachting industry, which tends to feel very corporate and uses the same shade of blue. Instead, the visual language invites their audience to feel part of a club and community, and are welcomed to ‘Join their Crew.’
The wordmark is inspired by Greek typography whilst the icon references a compass for guidance and a sun for positivity.
The oval shaped images form the main part of the visual identity, referencing the cabin porthole windows on super yachts.
